Types for you:
Place the etching on a firm support (cutting mat or glass) so that it does not bend when cutting.
Use a sharp scalpel to cut off the parts.
Clean small connection points with a fine file or abrasive sponge.
When cutting, hold the part with tweezers so that it does not bounce off and get lost.    :-)
